A fresh new blog...
I work with a lot of companies through the evaluation and selection of new software and given the huge increase in interest recently in a variety of product - I thought that this would be a great resource for companies that are starting the searching and evaluation process. Just this week I have been contacted by more than 20+ companies to start projects for!
I fell in love with HR Technology in college when it was really coming into its own and the evolution of web based vs. installed software was beginning to take shape. I have been involved in this space ever since 1997 in one way or another and have finally dedicate my day to day to HR Technology with a special focus on Talent Management (Formerly know as Applicant Tracking Systems - ATS)
If you (as a vendor or a consumer) would like me to review and blog on a product or new feature you have - send an email and I will try to add it to the schedule!
I work at a not for profit employers association, that represents more than 4000+ companies directly and many non-members companies as well on HR related issues!!
With that said, a quick legal disclosure, these are all my opinions based on the demo's and meetings I have sat in personally and not intended to promote or discourage the use of any product or service or the opinions of MRA -The Management Association and its staff.
